TSE Testicular Self-Examination

After a warm bath or shower stand in front of a mirror and check for swelling. Examine each testicle with both hands by gently rolling each testicle between thumbs and fingers to feel for a small pea size lump. Report any abnormal findings to a parent or doctor.
