The 2018 TCF Summit in Austin featured Dr. Lawrence Einhorn on the history and evolution of testicular cancer treatment, along with survivor, caregiver and advocacy sessions.
The 2018 TCF Summit was held at the Hilton Austin, opening with a Friday welcome reception at Cannon + Belle.
Saturday featured Brad Love on the young adult cancer movement and Dr. Lawrence Einhorn on the history and evolution of testicular cancer, followed by caregiver and survivor breakouts, Sandra Manley on life after cancer, John Scheid on outdoor programs from First Descents and Bob Hammer on using your TC story to make a difference. Dinner with a live band was held at Firmspace.
Sunday included Kerry Martin on a mother's story, Dr. Jeffrey Bassett on Buddy's List, James Taylor on a second chance, Steve Gavers on working together for a common goal and Mike Craycraft.
Survivors, caregivers and clinicians meet again at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. Travel scholarships are available.
