It's Testicular Cancer Awareness Month. Let's talk about what we're still not talking about.
April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month. And this year, it's hitting me differently.
Twenty years ago, my dad was diagnosed with Stage 2B non-seminoma testicular cancer. I was 18. Working behind a pharmacy counter on Long Island. I knew just enough medical terminology to be terrified and not nearly enough to be helpful. We had doctors. We had appointments. We had information delivered in clinical language that answered the medical questions while leaving everything else unanswered.
January 2026 at TCF: Momentum, Mission, and a New Era of Support
January 2026 marked a turning point for the Testicular Cancer Foundation. With the launch of a new website, a modernized donation platform, and the debut of TC Navigator, TCF began the year focused on speed, clarity, and real support for people navigating testicular cancer. From strengthening peer connections through our Discord community to laying the groundwork for TCF Summit 2026, this was a month defined by momentum and intention. January wasn’t just busy. It was strategic. And it set the stage for a new era of support built to meet people where they are, when they need it most.
