Connor O'Leary, a former professional cyclist and testicular cancer survivor, joined TCF in 2015 as Chief Mission Officer. His personal experience with testicular cancer drives his passion for education, awareness, and survivor support.

Diagnosed with testicular cancer at age 21 in January 2009, Matt Ferstler founded the Testicular Cancer Foundation to address the lack of information and support available to young men facing this diagnosis. His vision has grown TCF into the only full-time staffed testicular cancer organization in the United States.
