Dr. Sherita A. King is a fellowship-trained and board-certified urologic surgeon specializing in sexual medicine and prosthetic urology, with expertise in the medical and surgical management of erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, Peyronie's disease, male stress urinary incontinence, and complex prosthetic surgery. She is nationally recognized as a Center of Excellence for penile prosthetic surgery and is a high-volume implanter with extensive experience in complex and revision cases.
Dr. King is an Associate Professor of Urology at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) at Augusta University, where she serves as Associate Residency Program Director and Director of Sexual Medicine and Prosthetic Urology. She practices at MCG Health and the Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medical Center, with a clinical focus on comprehensive men's health, sexual dysfunction, and prosthetic outcomes.
In addition to her role within the Department of Urology, Dr. King serves as the Medical Director of the Physician Assistant Program at Augusta University, reflecting her commitment to interprofessional education, curriculum development, and trainee mentorship.
