The Cojone Club® App by Testicular Cancer Foundation

Introducing The Cojone Club® App.

A private digital home for survivors, fighters, supporters, and caregivers — built by the Testicular Cancer Foundation, for our community. Not Reddit. Not Facebook. Ours.

Sign in at app.testicularcancer.org using Discord or your email address. Setting up your profile takes about a minute.

Why we built a separate app

Our main website is the public face of TCF — fundraising, awareness, events, and the educational content that meets men at the moment they search "testicular cancer symptoms" at 2 AM. It does that job well.

But there's another job we've been wanting to do for years: give the community a private place to find each other. Somewhere conversations and identity live behind a login, not on a public Facebook group or a sprawling Reddit thread. Somewhere built specifically for the people who've lived this — and the people who love them.

That's what the Cojone Club App is. A members-only web app, designed around a simple idea: the people who get it should be one tap away.

What's inside

Sign in once and you've got a feed, a map of the community, the tools that matter for staying well, and direct lines to the people who've been there. Here's the lay of the land.

The Feed

A social space that actually feels like community

Share an update, a milestone, a hard day. React with hearts. Reply. The whole point is that everyone in the feed gets it — because they've lived a version of it.

  • 01

    Member Map

    See who's near you

A US choropleth and international list of where TCF members are — find someone in your city, your state, or across the world. Privacy baked in (k-anonymity of 5, no precise locations).

  • 02

    Self-Exam Reminders

A nudge when you need it

Set a monthly check-in cadence and we'll quietly remind you. Early detection is the whole game — a 15-second routine is the whole ask.

  • 03

    TC Navigator

    Ask the awkward stuff

TCF's AI Navigator is built right in — for the questions you'd rather not ask a person at 2 AM, with the privacy of a logged-in space.

  • 04

    Events & Support Calls

    Show up. Together.

TCF events and our Thursday Zoom peer-support calls — RSVP and join with one click, right from inside the app.

Plus the Discord

The app links directly into TCF's private Discord — 580 members and growing — so you can jump from someone's profile straight into a DM, land in #introductions to say hello, or join one of the channels organized around different parts of the TC journey.

The two spaces complement each other. The app is your home base for profile, feed, map, reminders, and Navigator. The Discord is where the live conversation hums along day to day.

Privacy, the way it should be

This is a community space for people navigating something deeply personal, and we designed it that way from the start. You choose your display name. We don't ask for your real name, address, date of birth, or diagnosis details. The member map uses a k-anonymity threshold of 5 so no individual member is ever pinpointable from location data. Everything is behind a login.

No ads. No data sales. Just the community.

Come find your people — we'll save you a seat.

Sign in, set up your profile, and drop a hello in the feed.

Open the app → Questions or feedback? Send a note from inside the app or email info@tcancer.org.

The Cojone Club® is a registered trademark of the Testicular Cancer Foundation. The app is free to use for anyone in the TC community — patients, survivors, supporters, and caregivers welcome.
