The short version

Most guys have never met another survivor.

Testicular cancer is one of the most isolating diagnoses a young man can get, and most partners and parents have no idea where to turn. TCF Community is one private, free place to find people who get it, get real answers at 2 a.m., and stay on top of your health for the long haul.

You could piece a survivor network together yourself. Or you can join the one we already built for you.

Inside is the Cojone Club™, TCF's network of survivors and patients who've been exactly where you are.

Why a web app

No store. No download. No one left out.

Support shouldn't depend on what phone you carry or how much storage you have left.

  1. 01

    Every device, one community

The same app on iPhone, Android, tablet, and computer. Start on your phone in the waiting room, pick it up on your laptop at home.

  2. 02

    Always the latest version

No updates to install, ever. Every improvement reaches you the moment we ship it.

  3. 03

    Nothing to download

No app store account and no storage space needed. Older phones count. So does the family tablet. If it has a browser, it works.

  4. 04

    No password to remember

Sign in with Apple, Google, Discord, or a link sent to your email.

Two minutes, one time

Save it as a home screen tile.

Once saved, a TCF Community tile sits next to your other apps and opens full screen, no browser bar.

Private by design

You never trade your privacy for support.

We know this is personal. The app was built so you decide what anyone sees, from day one.

  • Hidden by default

You don't appear in the directory until you turn it on.

  • You control every field

Set each profile field to Private, Members, or Public. Sensitive fields can never be made public.

  • Anonymous when you need it

Ask questions and comment under a persistent anonymous handle.

  • No individual locations

The map shows only aggregate counts. Any state with fewer than 5 members stays hidden.

  • Block and report

Built in, plus a Code of Conduct every member agrees to.

  • A dedicated health data policy

Read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
