Financial Aid

Travel Scholarships to the TCF Summit

We believe no one should miss out on community, connection, and support because of cost. Travel scholarships help survivors, caregivers, and advocates attend our annual Summit.

Please note: At this time, the only form of financial aid the Testicular Cancer Foundation offers is travel scholarships to our annual TCF Summit. We do not provide medical, treatment, housing, or general living-expense assistance.

What the Scholarship Covers

TCF Summit travel scholarships are designed to remove financial barriers to attending the Summit. Each award is individualized based on need and availability of funds, and may include:

Travel

Round-trip flights, train, or mileage reimbursement to and from the Summit host city.

Lodging

Shared or single hotel accommodation at the Summit venue for the nights of the event.

Registration

Full access to all Summit sessions, workshops, and community programming.

Meals

Meals during the conference program. Evenings on your own.

Who Is Eligible

Travel scholarships are available to members of the testicular cancer community who would not otherwise be able to attend the Summit. To be considered, applicants should:

  • Be a testicular cancer survivor, patient currently in treatment, or a caregiver/loved one of someone affected by testicular cancer.
  • Be 18 years of age or older by the date of the Summit.
  • Demonstrate financial need — the scholarship is intended for those for whom cost is a meaningful barrier to attending.
  • Commit to attending the full Summit program if awarded.
  • Submit a complete scholarship application by the posted deadline. [Confirm or update deadline copy here.]

With Gratitude

TCF Summit travel scholarships are made possible in part by a generous donation from Gavers.org.
