We're almost halfway through 2026 — and we're making an impact.

Mid-Year Impact Report · May 2026

Awareness Month just wrapped. Donations are climbing. The conversations we're having with patients, survivors, and caregivers are richer than ever. Here's a snapshot of what your support has helped build through May 8, 2026.

Heads up: this one's data-heavy

We're sharing the numbers because they're what's most exciting us this year: AI tools and a growing community are opening doors we couldn't have imagined a year ago — letting TCF reach more men, answer harder questions, and meet patients and survivors at the exact moment they need us. The data below is the proof.

From a 5-year plateau at 3K, TCF crossed 3.5K in June 2025 and has hit a new milestone every 1–4 weeks since.

April delivered our biggest reach yet.

Through Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, TCF's educational content reached 32,600 pageviews in April alone — second only to January in 2026 — and the post-Awareness-Month tail is holding strong, with May 1–8 already adding another 9,200 pageviews at a slightly higher daily rate than April.

Search visibility hit a meaningful milestone: testicularcancer.org just crossed 14,000 Google Search clicks per 28-day window — a 4× jump from where we were 11 months ago. Translation requests from international visitors spiked above 5,000 per day in early May, with TCF content read in 23 countries this year.

Every one of those numbers is a man, partner, or family member finding the answer they needed. That's because of you.

Three new programs are scaling fast.

A first for TCF

Our first recurring giving program is live

5 active monthly donors are now sustaining TCF's mission with predictable, monthly support — generating $326 in monthly recurring revenue with 0% churn so far. It's a small foundation, and it's growing.

If you've been thinking about turning a one-time gift into ongoing support, your monthly contribution funds education, community, and life-saving early-detection resources every single month.

AI Tool

TC Navigator: 1,714 messages and counting

TCF's AI-powered chatbot has handled 202 conversations across 23 countries so far this year, averaging 8.5 messages per conversation — these aren't drive-by visits. People are asking real, substantive questions about treatment, symptoms, diagnosis, and survivorship.

Top conversation topics: treatment & surgery (23%), symptoms (21%), awareness & self-exam (19%). Now also live in TCF's private Discord community alongside human peer-support volunteers.

Community

1,583 in TCF's private peer-support communities

Across our Discord server (580 members), Ladies of TCF Facebook group (506), and TCF Community & Support Facebook group (497), survivors, patients, caregivers, and partners connect every week — through Thursday Zoom calls, channel discussions, and direct peer support.

We're meeting people at the moment they search.

Nearly all of TCF's traffic comes from people searching symptoms — pain, lumps, swelling — and finding our educational content at the exact moment they need it. The numbers behind that:

2,456

Keywords ranked

$768K

Ahrefs traffic value

5,819

Live backlinks

That $768K is the estimated equivalent monthly cost to acquire TCF's organic traffic through paid Google ads — value we get for free, every month, because of strong content and an authoritative site.

Help us reach more lives in the second half of 2026.

Awareness Month wrapped strong — and the work continues year-round. Your support funds education, community, and life-saving resources for young men and their families.
