If These Balls Could Talk — Our New Book Is Here
If These Balls Could Talk is 22 chapters of honest, no-jargon, life-saving information. It walks through what testicular cancer actually is, how to detect it early, what a diagnosis means, and what treatment looks like from surgery to chemotherapy to radiation. It covers the stuff doctors often don't bring up until you ask: how TC can affect fertility and sexual health, what the emotional toll really looks like, how to navigate conversations with your employer, and what life after treatment actually feels like.

Testicular Cancer Foundation’s Third-Party Ratings and Transparency Profiles Have Been Updated
At the Testicular Cancer Foundation (TCF), we believe trust is built through measurable accountability and sustained transparency.
As a nonprofit organization serving patients, survivors, caregivers, and families impacted by testicular cancer, we recognize the responsibility that comes with stewarding donor resources and maintaining the highest standards of governance. For supporters, partners, and institutional funders, third-party evaluations provide an important lens into the operational maturity of an organization.
January 2026 at TCF: Momentum, Mission, and a New Era of Support
January 2026 marked a turning point for the Testicular Cancer Foundation. With the launch of a new website, a modernized donation platform, and the debut of TC Navigator, TCF began the year focused on speed, clarity, and real support for people navigating testicular cancer. From strengthening peer connections through our Discord community to laying the groundwork for TCF Summit 2026, this was a month defined by momentum and intention. January wasn’t just busy. It was strategic. And it set the stage for a new era of support built to meet people where they are, when they need it most.
Introducing TC Navigator: Personalized Support for Testicular Cancer Patients and Survivors
If you’ve been impacted by testicular cancer, you already know the hardest part isn’t always the diagnosis.
It’s what happens after.
The flood of information. The medical language. The awkward conversations. The uncertainty. The feeling that everyone expects you to “be fine” because the prognosis is often good.
Testicular cancer is highly treatable, but going through it can still be disorienting. And for many men, the most difficult part isn’t physical. It’s psychological. Logistical. Identity-shifting.
That’s why we built something new.
TCF Navigator is now live.
TCF Navigator is a free support program from the Testicular Cancer Foundation designed to help patients, survivors, and caregivers navigate the questions and decisions that follow a diagnosis.
