A mid-July weekend of food, music, a Cubs game, and Barndance with TCF and Gavers Community Cancer Foundation.
Join the Testicular Cancer Foundation and Gavers Community Cancer Foundation for a mid-July meetup at the famous Barndance for a weekend of food, music, and fun in Woodstock, Illinois! We will also be attending a Chicago Cubs game on July 17th! All TC patients, survivors, significant others, and caregivers welcome.
Woodstock, Illinois (about 1 hour outside of Chicago).
July 17th to the morning of July 19th, 2026. The bulk of the weekend will be Saturday (18th) evening as we attend Barndance. We will do a group dinner and a Chicago Cubs game on July 17th, and will be hanging out the entire weekend with some fun activities. If you can only make it for the day of Barndance, please don't let that deter you from participating!

TCF is not covering any travel for individuals, but we do have a heavily discounted room block at a local hotel ($149 a night), first come, first served. If flying, the closest airport is Chicago O'Hare (ORD). You are responsible for your own transportation to Woodstock. You may be able to coordinate with others traveling to the event. Gavers is graciously covering the ticket cost, so the event is free. TCF will cover the Friday night dinner. Breakfasts and lunches will be at the cost of attendees.
