Data through October 27, 2026 · Updated regularly
January 1 through October 27, 2026. September set an all-time monthly record at 90.4K pageviews, the first month in TCF history above 80K. October is pacing at about 2,400 pageviews a day, on track for roughly 75K, which would make it the second-biggest month ever.
Jan 1 to Oct 27, 2026 · lighter final bar is October 1 to 27 only
Every month from April through September beat the month before it: May 41.8K, June 53.6K, July 61.0K, August 74.6K, September 90.4K. With two months still to go, 2026 has already passed half a million pageviews.
Symptom-search content still drives most traffic, led by the left testicle pain guide, and translated pages have become an audience of their own.

6,922 cards through July 3 on TCF's previous store (4,807 free, 2,115 in paid packs, shipped to 35 states), plus 1,151 since the store moved to Shopify on September 14 (701 free, 450 in paid packs). Orders since the move have gone to 14 states and, for the first time, England, and six of them were bulk requests of 100 cards or more.
Orders placed between July 4 and September 13 are not yet included, so the true total is higher.

Conversations by month, 2026
September was the busiest month ever with 288 conversations, more than three times May's previous record of 89, and October has added 235 more through the 27th, about nine a day. The site-wide message bar now accounts for 425 conversations since it launched on September 1, 44% of the year's total. Bar conversations tend to be quick: visitors send 1.9 messages on average, versus 4.3 on other channels.
Data: Jan 1 to Oct 27, 2026 · avg 7.0 messages per conversation · Channel mix: site-wide message bar 44% · Agent page 37% · Widget/iframe 14% · Instagram 4% · Messenger and Playground 1% · Top countries: US (414), Brazil (89), India (64), Italy (23), Netherlands (22). Total raised January 1 to October 27, 2026: $138,305. That combines $25,237 in online giving via Fundraise Up, $27,292 in cryptocurrency through TCF's Donate.gg campaign, and $85,776 in off-platform revenue (events, grants, major gifts, workplace giving, and PayPal, as of July 7).
Bars combine Fundraise Up online giving with off-platform revenue. Lighter bars (July onward) include online giving only, since off-platform credits were last reconciled July 7. The final bar covers September 1 to October 27. Donate.gg crypto giving is shown separately below because a month-by-month split is not available.
TCF began accepting cryptocurrency through Donate.gg in 2026, much of it from community-launched charity coins. In its first year the channel has already outraised all card-based online giving, opening TCF to a donor community it had never reached before.
Dashboard captured October 27, 2026
13 monthly plans have opened this year and one lapsed plan was reactivated. Two plans have since been canceled, so 11 are active today and monthly recurring revenue eased from $460 in September to $347. Recurring giving now makes up 9.4% of online revenue, up from 8.4%.
As of July 7, 2026
$138,305 raised through October 27, 69% of the $200K projected annual goal. April remains the largest month ($56,871, anchored by the TCF Summit and the Damselfly grant), with May ($25,509) second thanks to Brenda Workman's golf tournament in Illinois and a $10K individual major gift. Off-platform revenue after July 7 has not yet been reconciled, so this total is understated, and Q4 year-end giving is still ahead.
TCF ranks for thousands of keywords in medical search, meeting people at the exact moment they need information. Since mid-September, TCF has moved into the top three results on hundreds more searches, and the number of websites linking to TCF has grown by three quarters.

From 3.5K to 60K in sixteen months. After plateauing at 3K back in 2020, TCF crossed 3.5K on June 2, 2025 and reached 60K on September 30, 2026, a 17x increase. Four milestones fell in just over five weeks: 40K on August 25, 45K on September 1, 50K on September 12, and 60K on September 30. The rolling 28-day count has since eased to 51.9K, still higher than at any point before mid-September.

Les autres sites qui renvoient vers TCF élargissent sa portée et renforcent la confiance des moteurs de recherche.
Referring domains have grown more than fivefold since May 30: 817, then 2,527, now 4,410. Domain Rating rose to 51. Ahrefs' keyword count eased again, from 3,259 to 3,030, as long-tail terms rotated out, but top-3 rankings jumped from 951 to 1,529. Nearly all visitors still find TCF through symptom searches, not by looking us up directly.
Measured June 26 to July 31, 2026, TCF's first and to date only full month of AI visibility tracking. These figures are TCF's baseline; tracking will resume ahead of a future update.
The momentum hasn't slowed: September was the biggest traffic month in TCF history, the site has passed half a million pageviews this year, and more than 4,400 websites now link to TCF's content. Your support powers education, community, and life-saving resources for young men and their families.
Website analytics: Fathom Analytics (site KYYIMIBG), January 1 to October 27, 2026, America/Chicago time, captured October 27. Privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant analytics. Fathom blocked and excluded 120.8K bot requests, so all figures reflect human traffic. Top line: 402.9K visitors, 504.6K pageviews, 1:58 average time on site, 86% bounce rate. Monthly pageviews: Jan 33.9K, Feb 22.0K, Mar 29.1K, Apr 32.7K, May 41.8K, Jun 53.6K, Jul 61.0K, Aug 74.6K, Sep 90.4K, Oct 1 to 27 65.6K. Sources by visitors: Organic 318.1K, Direct 74.5K, Paid/campaign 5.1K, Social 1.8K, AI assistants 735 (a channel Fathom began reporting separately this year). Devices by visitors: Phone 316.6K, Desktop 80.1K, Tablet 2.9K, other mobile 1.8K. Top 10 countries and top pages by pageviews come from the same capture. The country count of more than 220 reflects the 220 countries and territories recorded through September 16; the total can only have grown since.
Translation data: Weglot dashboard captured October 27, 2026: 5,916,683 of the 6,000,000 annual word allotment used (up from 5,464,945 on September 16). Translation requests are shown for the trailing 30 days (89,561), Weglot's current default window; the September version of this page used a trailing 365-day window, so the two request figures are not directly comparable. Most-translated URLs are for the same 30 days.
Fundraising: Total raised ($138,304.60) combines three channels. (1) Online donations via Fundraise Up: $25,237.05 total raised from the Insights dashboard (one-time $22,853.06, first recurring installments $555.26, plus later installments) across 167 donations; US median one-time gift $59.10. Recurring: 11 active plans, 13 opened this year, 1 reactivated, 2 canceled, $347.44 monthly recurring revenue, $183.38 average revenue per plan, 15.4% churn, 9.4% of online revenue. A month-by-month split for September 17 onward was not available, so the final bar combines September 1 to October 27 ($193 from September 1 to 16 plus $915 since). (2) Cryptocurrency via Donate.gg: dashboard captured October 27, $27,291.52 net allocated across 318 funding events, $29,155.39 gross, $1,863.87 in platform fees. Payout setup was still incomplete at capture, so no Donate.gg funds had reached TCF's bank account and there is no overlap with off-platform credits. No monthly split is available, so the channel is excluded from the monthly bars. (3) Off-platform revenue: $85,776.03 across 27 external credits to TCF's operating account, January 1 to July 7, 2026, from a bank statement export (events, grants, a major gift, workplace giving, PayPal, GoFundMe; internal transfers excluded). Off-platform credits after July 7 have not been reconciled for this update, so July onward shows online giving only and the total is understated. The roughly $200K annual projection is unchanged.
TC Navigator: Chatbase conversation export, January 1 to October 27, 2026: 968 conversations, 6,729 messages (3,145 from visitors), about 7.0 messages per conversation, 90 countries. Monthly conversations: Jan 44, Feb 33, Mar 41, Apr 52, May 89, Jun 66, Jul 78, Aug 42, Sep 288, Oct 1 to 27 235. Channels: site-wide message bar 425, Agent page 356, widget/iframe 137, Instagram 38, Messenger 6, Playground 6. Topics were assigned from each conversation's title and first message using keyword matching, one primary topic per conversation in priority order (Awareness, Survivorship, Treatment, Diagnosis, Symptoms, Support); 599 conversations had a clear primary topic. The keyword rules were rebuilt for this update, so topic shares are not strictly comparable with the September 16 version.
Community: Discord member count of 710 from the server's public counter, October 27 (693 on September 16, about 580 on May 8). Joins, leavers, activation, and retention from Discord Server Insights exports covering two 30-day windows ending in late September and late October: 25 joins (22 via the discord.gg/testicularcancer vanity link) and 10 leavers. Activation is the share of new members who opened channels in their first week, member-weighted (72%; 82% for the October cohort). Retention is the share still in the server after one week, member-weighted (38%). Facebook group counts (506 and 497) are as of May 30 and were not refreshed. Cojone Club member count (343) provided by the team on October 27; app web traffic from a dedicated Fathom property (TSTHTSVC), May 13 to October 27.
Social media: Instagram (30.6K), Facebook (24K), and X (3,602) follower counts provided by the team on October 27, shown as reported without a growth claim.
Store orders and shower cards: Previous store: order export January 5 to July 3, 2026 (6,922 cards). Shopify (shop.testicularcancer.org): orders September 14 to October 27, 2026, pulled from the Shopify Admin API; two internal test orders excluded; 1,151 cards across 18 orders (701 free, 450 in 25 and 100 card packs). Orders placed on the previous store between July 4 and September 13 were not exported, so the combined total is understated.
Search visibility: Ahrefs Site Explorer, October 27, 2026 (US, subdomains): 3,030 organic keywords (1,529 in the top 3), 15,811 estimated monthly organic visits, Domain Rating 51, 20,969 live backlinks from 4,410 referring domains (14,217 and 2,527 on September 15). Traffic value ($7,058 per month) is Ahrefs' estimate of what TCF's organic traffic would cost in Google Ads. Keyword volumes are Ahrefs US monthly estimates. Google Search click milestones come from Google Search Console Achievements for sc-domain:testicularcancer.org, captured October 27; each marks the date the rolling 28-day click count first reached that level. The in-progress figure (51.9K toward 70K) is the current 28-day count.
AI search visibility: Peec AI, June 26 to July 31, 2026, across Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and ChatGPT (1,471 tracked conversations). Tracking ended July 31, so these figures remain TCF's baseline and were not refreshed. Citation share is the percentage of conversations in which at least one URL from a domain was retrieved; brand visibility is the percentage of answers naming TCF. Two peer testicular cancer advocacy organizations are shown unnamed.
Carried forward: If These Balls Could Talk press data (PR Newswire release, February 26, 2026) and TCF Summit 2026 attendance (internal registration records) are historical and were not refreshed.
